Day 1: Arrival Dubai – City Overview
12:00: Arrival and check-in.
16:00–19:00: Dubai city tour introducing modern urban development models.
Day 2: Architecture & Engineering
09:00–12:30: Visit Burj Khalifa (engineering briefing) and Dubai Mall (retail economics). Afternoon: Museum of the Future visit (if available).
Day 3: Expo/Innovation Park Visit
